Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Growth Intern (Partnerships). In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with partner companies that offer AI tools and technologies. Your primary objective will be to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth for both parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing partner relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration and success. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential partner companies that offer AI tools, technologies, or services that align with our business objectives. 

  
  

• Proactively reach out to potential partners to initiate discussions and explore partnership opportunities. Collaborate with the internal team to understand our clients' needs and identify how partner solutions can complement our offerings. 

  
  

• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and financial arrangements, in collaboration with the legal and business development teams. Develop and execute partnership activation plans to maximize the value of new partnerships. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and seamless integration of their solutions. 

  
  

• Act as a liaison between our company and partner organizations, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels. 

  
  

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth. 

  
  

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and collateral to promote our partnerships. 

  
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the AI tools and services space. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 

  
  

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies. 

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and existing partners. 

  
  

• Ability to conduct market research and identify partnership opportunities aligned with our business objectives. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 

  
  

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple partnerships concurrently.
